The Scheveningen International Kite Festival took place on Scheveningen beach in Holland on 26th/27th September 2009. This was my first visit to this festival and hopefully not the last. Wonderful organisation, great atmosphere, great fliers and friends and a wonderful beach to fly on. Superb.
