The Penallta Kite Festival took place on 30th September 2007 at the Penallta Country Park near Caerphilly, South Wales. Karl Longbottom did an excellent job in bringing some great fliers together who put on a superb display. The highlight was the night flight which was probably the best seen in the UK.
