Organised by Malcolm Goodman, this Festival took place at Whitley Bay on 9th and 10th August 2008. Saturday was wet at times but on Sunday the wind conditions were pretty testing with kites going in all directions including several out to sea. Nevertheless a very enjoyable weekend.
