The 1st June Webster Kite Festival was held at the Moorcock Inn, Eggleston, Teesdale on 15th and 16th August 2009. This was held in memory of George Webster’s wife June who sadly passed away at the end of last year. It was one of the most scenic flying sites we’ve been to although the strong wind was not kind to us all weekend. The hospitality at the Moorcock Inn made up for it though.
