The Wakefield Kite Festival took place at Heath Common on 23rd September 2012. The day started with zero winds and then got stronger as time went on. Being our most local festival, Heath Common is always an enjoyable event and this year was no exception. The public seemed to enjoy themselves, no more so than the little boy near the end who loved our green frog that we let him fly.
