Beverley Kite Festival took place at Longcroft School in Beverley, East Yorkshire on 4th-5th May 2008. This was the first time at this venue. Although it didn’t have the space that the racecourse gave us, the ground was flat and wasn’t covered in cowpats, etc. Sunday was a reasonable flying day and Monday morning saw no wind at all but by 2pm there was a great display put on with everybody working really well together to make best use of the available room.
